Kozhikode: A 64-year-old man died after he was allegedly assaulted by his son during an argument over the latter’s alcohol addiction at Velliparamba in Kozhikode, Kerala, on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Sasidharan. His 29-year-old son, Abhiram, has been taken into custody by the Kozhikode Medical College police in connection with the incident.
Argument reportedly turns violent
