Mumbai: A 51-year-old businesswoman from Mumbai has filed a shocking complaint alleging that she was stripped naked, abused, and recorded at gunpoint inside the office of a well-known pharmaceutical company. The woman has named Joy John Pascal Post, Managing Director and founder member of Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (FIPPL), as the primary accused in her complaint to the Mumbai Police. The case, which has triggered widespread concern, has been registered under multiple IPC sections related to sexual harassment, assault and criminal intimidation. Police said they are investigating the allegations, and the statements of the accused will be verified as the probe progresses.

Alleged assault inside corporate office

According to the complaint, the woman was invited by Post to FIPPL’s office under the pretext of a business meeting. Upon her arrival, she was allegedly taken to a confined space where he and others reportedly subjected her to abuse. The woman told police that she was threatened at gunpoint and forced to remove her clothes while the accused filmed her. She further alleged that Post hurled verbal abuses throughout the ordeal and warned her that the videos and photos would be leaked publicly if she spoke to anyone or refused to cooperate.

The complainant stated that she had trusted the professional setting of the meeting and did not anticipate any danger. She claimed she was overpowered, intimidated with a firearm, and coerced into complying with the demands made by the accused.
