The video was shared by Vihaan Shinde, who recalled an unexpected experience while heading out for dinner with his family. Their car broke down on the road, leaving them stranded and waiting for a tow vehicle.
Instead of frustration, the situation quickly turned reassuring. Several strangers stopped to check if the family needed help. Some motorists even offered them lifts while they waited for assistance to arrive.

In the video, Shinde can be heard expressing gratitude and admiration for the city’s people. “This is such a Bombay thing. People are so nice here. A lot of cars stopped by to check if I needed help. Some even offered to give us a lift,” he said.
Although he eventually waited for the pickup vehicle, Shinde described the experience as “so sweet”, adding that people in Mumbai are always ready to help and encouraging them to “keep it up”.
