A tragic video has surfaced depicting the fatal accident of a 60-year-old man in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The incident occurred on Monday when a speeding bus collided with the man, who was riding a bicycle in Raghuji Nagar area at 8:38 am. CCTV footage captured the moment the bus struck him from behind, causing his bicycle to overturn and him to be pulled under the bus’s rear wheels.
The victim, identified as Ratnakar Dixit, was left critically injured at the scene as the bus driver fled. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Dixit succumbed to his injuries later.
This incident comes shortly after another tragic accident in Mumbai, where a fisherwoman was fatally struck by a Shiv Sena leader’s son driving his father’s BMW in Worli.
Authorities are currently searching for the bus driver involved in the Nagpur incident.
