Another case has surfaced in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, one day after an elderly man was killed in a hit-and-run accident.

A student is seen crossing a road in Noida on CCTV footage. Two vehicles trailed him and decelerated.
The first car pulls off as he approaches the other side of the road. However, the student is struck by the second vehicle, a Hyundai Creta SUV, which accelerates and makes a small turn.
As those nearby wave at the SUV to stop, the student is thrown forward and hits the ground.
The police said they are investigating the matter.
