New Delhi: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh celebrated Raksha Bandhan with students and National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets at his residence on Friday, as the festival brought a warm and personal moment to the Defence Minister’s schedule. The cadets tied rakhi to Singh as part of the celebrations.
