Viral clip shows dangerous driving
The video, reportedly recorded at night in the Andheri Market area, was filmed by a motorist following the auto rickshaw. The footage shows the vehicle swerving abruptly across lanes, braking suddenly without warning, and moving unpredictably through traffic.
The person recording the clip can be heard reacting in shock, repeatedly commenting on the unsafe manner of driving. Online viewers described the behaviour as threatening and dangerous, particularly given the narrow roads and frequent pedestrian movement in the area.
Allegations of intoxication and provocation
In the video caption, the motorist alleged that the auto driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and was deliberately provoking other road users, including women, while continuing to drive erratically.
