Hyderabad: Newly emerged CCTV footage depicts a harrowing accident unfolding at a bustling intersection in Hyderabad. The video captures the moment a black Kia Carens, recklessly attempting to beat a red light, collides with a white Toyota Innova Hycross. The impact sends the Kia Carens into a series of violent flips before it finally comes to rest.
The incident occurred near Secunderabad Club, occurring on a Thursday. In the 40-second clip, the Kia Carens is seen accelerating in an effort to make it through the intersection before the light changes. However, as it enters the junction, the Innova makes contact with its side, causing the Kia to spiral out of control.
Fortunately, quick-thinking locals and a traffic police constable swiftly came to the aid of those trapped in the vehicle, rescuing them from the wreckage. Although the driver and passenger sustained minor injuries, they were safely transported to a nearby hospital for medical attention.
