A two-and-a-half-year-old boy suffered severe injuries after being assaulted by a group of stray dogs in Hyderabad on November 3. The child was playing outside his residence when the pack attacked him.
CCTV footage captured the moment when one dog lunged at the boy, seizing his arm and dragging him into the street. During this frightening episode, two additional dogs joined in, biting and injuring the child further.
Upon hearing the boy’s distress, two nearby women rushed to the scene and successfully chased the dogs away. He was then promptly taken to the hospital for medical attention.
This incident is not isolated; earlier this year, a 10-month-old child was tragically killed by a stray dog attack in Nizamabad, and an 18-month-old boy also lost his life following a similar incident in Hyderabad’s Jawahar Nagar in July.
