The video, shared by news agency ANI on X, shows the dog navigating through floodwaters to reach the opposite side of the road and reunite with its companion in the Arumbakkam area.
The heart-wrenching footage illustrates the dog’s tenacity as it uses its paws to swim through the flooded area, determined to find shelter and join another dog located at the roadside.
