Three laborers found themselves in legal trouble when they attempted to gain entry into the highly secure Parliament complex using forged Aadhaar cards, as per official sources on Thursday. Identified as Kasim, Monis, and Soyeb, the trio was apprehended by CISF personnel during routine security checks at the flap gate entry of Parliament House on Tuesday. Subsequent scrutiny revealed the falsity of their documents.

This incident unfolded shortly after the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) assumed complete responsibility for safeguarding the Parliament complex, taking over from CRPF and Delhi Police contingents.

The individuals, who were employed by Dee Vee Projects Ltd for construction work on the MP’s lounge within the Parliament premises, now face legal repercussions. They were handed over to the Delhi Police by CISF personnel. Legal proceedings ensued, with the Delhi Police filing an FIR against them. Charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, including forgery, cheating, criminal conspiracy, and use of forged documents, have been levied against them.
