In a tragic road accident on Sunday morning, V. Vineeth, the 34-year-old son of Attingal MLA O S Ambika, lost his life near Pallippuram, Thiruvananthapuram. The accident occurred at approximately 5:30 AM when a speeding car, travelling from Varkala to Thiruvananthapuram, collided with Vineeth’s motorcycle. Vineeth died at the scene, while his friend Akshay, who was riding as a pillion, sustained serious injuries and is currently hospitalized.
