Lucknow Police Reunites Missing Child with Family, Earns Praise

Lucknow: Prompt action by the Gudamba police in Lucknow led to the heartwarming reunion of a seven-year-old child, who had gone missing while on vacation from Lakhimpur. Within just three hours of the child’s disappearance in the Gudama area of the city, the diligent efforts of the police force resulted in locating the missing child.

According to SHO Gudamba, Nitish Srivastava, the child had gone missing while playing near Canara Bank main road in Sector J in Jankipuram. Multiple police teams, equipped with both two-wheelers and four-wheelers, were swiftly deployed to search the area. Utilizing CCTV cameras positioned at strategic locations, the child was eventually found near Vishal Hospital in Sector G.

The child, hailing from Lakhimpur district, was visiting his grandparents’ house when the incident occurred. Once located, the police promptly reunited the child with his family, much to their joy and relief.

A heartwarming video capturing the moment of reunion was shared by the Lucknow police’s social media handle, earning praise and admiration from the public for their swift and effective response.
