Dubai: Rasa, a multi-cuisine family fine dine restaurant taglined “Coastal Vibes” was inaugurated at Fortune Atrium Hotel at Bur Dubai on 18th October 2021.
Minister of Science and Technology, Higher Education & Information Technology, Biotechnology of Karnataka govt, Dr C N Ashwath Narayan inaugurated the restaurant by cutting the ribbon. The formal inauguration was conducted by Chairman for Fortune Group of Hotels Praveen Shetty, minister Dr Ashwath Narayan, President of Karnataka Sangha Abudhabi Sarvotham Shetty, Beloor Raghavendra Shetty, Chairperson, Karnataka State Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd, Mrs Rupali Praveen Shetty, Param Shetty and Prachi Shetty by lightening the traditional lamp.
After viewing the facilities inside the restaurant and a brief summary of Fortune Atrium hotel from Praveen Shetty, Dr Ashwath expressed his happiness for providing the opportunity to inaugurate the restaurant. “It’s an immensely pleasurable experience to inaugurate Rasa restaurant in Fortune Atrium hotel. Also, the hotel belongs to the proud Kannadiga Praveen Shetty. Kannadigas are spread across their talents and leadership qualities in UAE. More than anything else, the remarkable contribution of Praveen Shetty to the UAE business industry and the Indian economy is commendable.
Praveen Shetty said Rasa Coastal Vibes is the 2nd chain restaurant in its name. The first restaurant was established in Fortune Karama Hotel and that has gotten a massive response from food lovers. With the success of Rasa at Fortune Karama, the new branch is established in Fortune Atrium. As the name states, Rasa serves coastal delicacies of Mangalore, Goa and Kerala. As can be seen, the experienced chefs of Rasa serve authentic and true cuisine of the coastal belt of Mangalore, Goa and Kerala.
