USWAS Dubai to host Blood Donation Drive 2023 on June 04

Dubai: UAE’s St Mary’s Welfare Association of Shirva (USWAS) will hold a blood donation campaign at Blood Donation Centre Al Jadaf- Dubai, here on Sunday, June 04 from 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM.

USWAS is a group of dedicated members born or belonging to the parish of Our Lady of Health Church, Shirva. This well-established association has consistently rendered a constant service in various fields for the past 21 years. The association abides and drives its spirit with the motto ‘Lend a hand not for self, but for each other.’ Driven by the motto humanitarian service is extended to promote the quality of life.

USWAS invites all their members, parishioners, friends, relatives, well-wishers and all those interested to come in large numbers and voluntarily be part of the blood donation campaign serving a noble cause. Campaigning, “Give Blood Give Life”, USWAS has enthusiastically come forward to serve humanity for a cause that every 2 seconds someone needs blood.

Procedure:
• Kindly follow the timings (2.00 PM to 3 PM) as other group sessions are planned.
• A team of trained professionals will ensure that the donation process is safe, efficient, and comfortable for all donors. All blood collected during the event will be processed, tested, and used to help save lives in the community
