Vijayapura: An Agniveer Recruitment Rally will be conducted at Dr B.R. Ambedkar Stadium, Vijayapura, from September 10 to 22, 2026, by the Army Recruiting Office, Mangaluru, in coordination with the District Administration, Vijayapura.
The recruitment rally will be conducted for shortlisted candidates who have qualified in the Online Common Entrance Examination (CEE) held from June 1 to 12, 2026.

Candidates from 11 Karnataka districts eligible
The rally will be conducted for Agniveer category candidates shortlisted from 11 districts of Karnataka. These include:
- Bagalkot
- Vijayapura
- Dharwad
- Uttara Kannada
- Dakshina Kannada
- Udupi
- Davanagere
- Gadag
- Haveri
- Chikkamagaluru
- Shivamogga
The rally will cover candidates shortlisted for the following categories:

Admit cards issued to shortlisted candidates
The result of the Online Common Entrance Examination has been published on the Join Indian Army website. Admit cards have already been issued to shortlisted candidates.
Candidates can also access their admit cards by logging into their individual accounts on the Join Indian Army website and through their registered email IDs.
The recruitment rally will facilitate enrolment into the Army across the specified Agniveer and permanent categories. The age, educational qualification and other eligibility requirements will be as specified in the recruitment notification issued by the Army Recruiting Office, Mangaluru.
Candidates advised against touts and intermediaries
The Army Recruiting Office has advised candidates not to fall prey to touts or intermediaries.
Selection will be based on the candidates’ performance in the Online Common Entrance Examination, tests conducted during the recruitment rally and the final merit list.
