Bagalakote: ‘Will quit if Panchamasali Seer proves allegations’

 Bagalakote: Minister for Medium and Large Scale Industries Minister Murugesh Nirani on Saturday December 24 offered to resign as Minister and leave politics if Kudalasangama Panchamasali Seer Basavajaya Mrutyunjaya proves his allegations that he blocked the inclusion of the Panchamasali community under 2A Category.

Speaking to mediapersons, he said that the seer has been making allegations that a Minister from the community has been creating a roadblock for Panchamasalis to be included in 2A Category. I would ask him to prove the allegations. If failed, he should relinquish his Peetha and enter politics, he asserted.

Stating that he has a lot of respect for the Seer, he requested Seer not to hurt others with such talks as the seer is holding a responsible position. “The community will get an enhanced reservation on December 29,” the Minister assured
