Dharawad: Joshi unveils new Shilamatha of 3,000 monasteries

Dharawad: Union Minister Pralhad Joshi and MLA Amrit Desai inaugurated a new Shilamatha of 3,000 monasteries constructed with Chief Minister’s special grant and MLA Amrit Desai’s grant at Uppina Bettageri Village in District.

Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, who inaugurated the Shilamatha, said that the practice of giving grants to mathas and temples has been created by the BJP. “To add in, Kashi has changed completely now. We are also making adequate arrangements to go to Kashi,” he said.

“There has been a change in mathas and temples during the BJP regime. At the same time, a ceremony was also held to fill the ‘Udis’ for women of the Village,” he said.
