Dharawad: As soon as Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s speech began, people were seen vacating their chairs and heading towards their homes at the Congress Party’s Prajadhvani Sammelana at Kadapa Grounds in City.
As many as 10 Congress ticket aspirants from Hubballi-Dharawad West Assembly Constituency had brought people to the rally to show their strength. Earlier, the Kadapa Ground was crowded with people.
