Dharawad: Plaques are displayed on the roads as Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah arrives for Prajadhvani programme in Hubballi-Dharawad West Assembly Constituency to be held at Kalabhavan (Kadapa) Grounds at 4.00 pm on Saturday March 4.
