Dharwad: Deputy Commissioner has informed that 14 doctors from a private hospital in the City have tested positive for Covid – 19. Among the 14, only six have exhibited the symptoms.
DC with due information to the Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has decided to declare the SDM Hospital campus as a containment zone. The Out-Patient Department of the hospital too remains closed for few days.
CM had been informed about the SDM Hospital cases during the meeting held on Saturday November 27. Further, DC has urged public to be cautious.
