Belagavi rural police have apprehended a 27-year-old individual from Kinaye village, identified as Thippanna Dukare, based on the complaint filed by the girl. She claims to have faced harassment from Thippanna for three years, with relentless pressure to marry him. The complaint alleges that Thippanna threatened her with a fate similar to Neha and Anjali’s if she refused his proposals.
