Haveri: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has expressed confidence that the conference in Haveri will be superior to all the Sahitya Sammelans held in the past and resolutions to create a grand Karnataka will emerge from the conference.
He was speaking after releasing the invitation card for the 86th All India Sahitya Sammelana to be held at Shiggaon of the District on Saturday December 24. “It is an initiative to create great thinking, strengthen Kannada and Kannadanadu, solve Kannada problems, fulfill the aspirations of Kannadigas and instil pride and self-respect among Kannadigas, he said.
“This Sahitya Sammelana will discuss the present day challenges of Kannadanadu and find solutions to them. The conference will be held in a meaningful way,” he said and requested everyone to participate.
