Vijayapura: The compartments of a goods train derailed on Monday October 24 near the Mulvad Railway Station. No casualties have been reported, informed the officials.
According to sources, the train was heading toward Hubbali from Sollapur.
The train reportedly derailed as it approached Mulvad Railway Station due to the damaged tracks.
Six trains travelling towards the Gadag District are delayed owing to the incident, informed the Railway officials.
The officials visited the spot and evaluated the situation.
