Vijayapura: Former Chief Minister H. D. Kumaraswamy said that Opposition Party Leader Siddaramaiah, who has thrown the ideology of Jayaprakash Narayan to the wind and became an opportunist politician for power. “He has no morality to criticise the ‘Pancharatna’ Ratha Yatra of the JD (S),” he said.
Speaking at a Yatra in the District, he said, “If you had adhered to Jayaprakash Narayan’s ideology, you would not have left JD (S ) for the sake of Chief minister’s chair. There is no need to take a lesson from you who is doing opportunistic politics,” he said.
“People come to me constantly, complaining about their difficulties. Don’t talk lightly about the JD (S) unnecessarily,” he stressed.
He further questioned, “I know what you have done to bring down the Coalition Government led by me sitting at the Dharmasthala. You know where you sat and with whom you conspired. Your top brass had come to our door so that power does not go to the BJP. Don’t you know all this? Where were you then?,” he asked.
