Bengaluru: In a shocking development, the manager of Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa’s Bengaluru farmhouse has been found dead in what appears to be a suicide on the property grounds. The manager, identified as Sridhar, left behind a handwritten suicide note and recorded a video message before his death, which was discovered near the farmhouse, reported various media outlets.
In his note, Sridhar expressed that he was succumbing to an overwhelming sense of loneliness. The accompanying video message reiterated this sentiment, imploring authorities not to involve his friends and family in the unfortunate incident. Sridhar emphasized in his note that he alone was responsible for his death.
The police have launched an investigation to determine if there are any connections between this incident and the ongoing Renukaswamy murder case, in which Darshan has been implicated.
Meanwhile, media reports have highlighted the mysterious disappearance of Darshan’s former manager, Mallikarjun, who has been missing since 2018. Allegedly, Mallikarjun vanished after reportedly taking 2 crore rupees from the actor. His disappearance remained a mystery until he was reported dead on July 18.
The authorities are looking into all possible links and are examining the circumstances surrounding Sridhar’s death as part of their broader investigation.
