An act of savage, says Home Min Araga on Tikait incident

Bengaluru: Condemning the incident of throwing black ink on the face of the Farmer Leader Rakesh Tikait on Monday May 30, Home Minister Araga Jnanendra

Speaking to mediapersons, Araga Jnanendra said that the incident was inhuman and savage and that the culprits were under the custody of the police. The investigation have begun, Minister added.

Minister refuted the allegations that the culprits were BJP sympathisers. He clarified that the miscreants from no where charged towards Tikait when he was addressing the media conference all along posing as journalists. He also added that Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee President D. K. Shivakumar’s accusations on BJP were unfounded.
