Bengaluru: In a big embarrassment to the ruling BJP, Transport Minister B. Sriramulu tweeted asking people to attend the event of Kalyana Rajya Pragati Paksha at Sindhanur which was held on Tuesday January 17.
In his tweet, Sreeramulu stated that “I am inviting all the people to attend the event in which leaders are joining the Kalyana Rajya Pragati Paksha.”
Later the tweet was found deleted. It was tweeted by a verified blue tick account of B. Sreeramulu.
The State Congress unit used this deleted tweet to take a dig at the BJP and Sreeramulu. It questioned whether Sreeramulu will also quit the BJP before the Assembly election.
