Bengaluru: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) has arrested four people in connection with the blocking of a railway berth using an e-ticket.

According to sources, the RPF suspects several Pakistani citizens of being involved in the fraud. They said that the RPF had seized mobile phones and a few e-tickets from them.

The kingpin is from Bihar but had migrated to the City.  Here, he was running a Madrassa. The sources claimed that, after blocking seats, they will search for their clients and demand a high fee for the tickets.
