The video of the incident was caught on camera. Girigappa, the pet owner, filed a police complaint accusing three persons of beating up his dog. In his complaint, he has named three persons, Rahul, Rohit and Rajat.

A FIR was filed after the miscreants broke into Girigappa’s house in Manjunath layout near Bhattarahalli and beat the dog.
