Bengaluru: CM condoles UP Former CM MS Yadav death

Bengaluru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has condoled the death of Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party Founder Mulayam Singh Yadav.

Mulayam Singh, who came to the fore under the guidance of leaders like Ram Manohar Lohia and Raj Narain, was jailed for protesting against the Emergency. Mulayam, who founded the Samajwadi Party and served as the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh three times, also served as the Union Defence Minister. In his passing away, the nation has lost a statesman politician, remarked CM and added May his soul rest in peace.

In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said that he prays to God to give strength to his family and admirers to bear the loss.
