Bengaluru: Former MLC M. D. Lakshminarayana has quit the Congress party.
In a letter of resignation addressed to Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) President D. K. Sivakumar, he stated his unhappiness with the party’s recent actions.
Lakshminarayana, an aspirant for membership in the Vidhan Parishad, reportedly did not receive the support he expected from the Congress party leadership.
