Bengaluru: The Supreme Court is likely to hear the plea of former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa against a Karnataka High Court order that restored a corruption complaint against him on Monday September 19.
The plea is scheduled to be heard by the two-judge bench comprising of Justice D. Y. Chandrachud and Justice Hima Kohli.
A sessions court ordered the filing of a FIR against Yediyurappa and his family after the restoration of the complaint.
It can be recalled that a FIR was registered by the Karnataka Lokayukta police on September 16.
