Bengaluru: Education Minister BC Nagesh announced on Wednesday July 6 that the State Government has issued an order to revise the honorarium of guest lecturers in government PU colleges.
He informed that the honorarium had been raised from Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 12,000.
Nagesh said that around 3,708 guest professors will be to make up for the lack of teachers for the current academic year.
