Bengaluru: State Congress President D. K. Shivakumar on Monday November 14 appeared before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Delhi. His appearance was related to questioning in the National Herald money laundering case.
This is the second time that his statement has been recorded.
Speaking to mediapersons, he said that the required documents have all been furnished by him that was sought by the ED. His appeal to defer summons was rejected.
The case has been registered under the criminal sections of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
