Bengaluru: Monkeypox cases, CM to hold meeting on August 2

Bengaluru: Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai has called for a high-level meeting on Tuesday August 2 as cases of monkeypox in Karnataka are on the rise in the State. 

According to sources, Health Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar will attend the meeting along with other health officials and District Deputy Commissioners.

CM Bommai is expected to direct the officials to make the necessary medical measures for fighting monkeypox as a precautionary measure.
