Bengaluru: Lokayukta Police seized Rs. 6 Crores from the residence of Prashant Madal, son of BJP MLA from Channagiri Virupakshappa Madal.
According to the sources, the Lokayukta Police carried out a search at his residence in the Sanjayanagara where this cash was found.
According to the sources, the Lokayukta Police arrested five persons including Prashanth Madal in connection with receiving bribe.
Sources informed that Lokayukta is likely to summon Virupakshappa for further investigation. This incident come as a big embarrassment for the ruling BJP.
