Bengaluru Rural: Former Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy has said that the Gujarat election results will not have any impact on the 2023 Assembly elections of the State.

Speaking to mediapersons here, he said, “The Gujarat result was expected. For the last five years, there was no opposition. People of the State will not be impressed with the BJP, which is seeing Gujarat-like results in the State. People in the State are fed up with the scams of the BJP Government. In the 2023 elections, the people will teach them a lesson, he noted.

“No development work is being done by the BJP Government. People want a change. In Himachal Pradesh, the BJP will come to power once and the Congress once. I am observing the Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai’s statement. He said it would not have such an impact.
