Bengaluru: Former Chief Minister and BJP leader B. S. Yediyurappa has said that Siddaramaiah will not contest from Kolar in the 2023 election, even though Siddaramaiah is prepared to do so. “However, Siddaramaiah is trying to contest from Mysuru,” he added.

Speaking to mediapersons on Monday January 23 before attending the wedding of the sons of the former Deputy CM Laxman Savadi, he said that Siddaramaiah will never run from Kolar. Siddaramaiah is trying hard to switch to Mysuru rather than Kolar.

If he contests from Kolar, he will undoubtedly be sent home, he said. Siddaramaiah was still trying to indulge in drama, despite being aware of the potential political developments that could occur shortly.
