Bengaluru: The BJP Core Committee has decided to give MLC ticket to Former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa’s son B. Y. Vijayendra on Saturday, May 14.
The decision was taken at the Core Committee Meeting held in the City. A decision with regard to Rajya Sabha elections and Legislative Council elections too will be discussed in detail at the meeting. Further, the leaders have decided to allot a seat to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman among others.
The elections for seven MLC seats will be held on June 3, and 4 Council seats on June 13.
