BMTC to resume night services in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: The Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has announced plans to resume night bus services following the cancellation of the night curfew. According to the sources, 70 night service buses will be available on 48 routes from bus station.

KBS and KR Market will be connected to Banashankari TTMC, AGS Layout, Sultanpalya, Uttarahalli, Jambu Savari Dinne, Anjanapura, Kengeri Satellite town, Doddabasti, BEML layout fifth stage, Bidadi, Bengaluru University, Tavarakere, Jalahalli cross, Chikkabbanavara, Peenya second stage, Laggere, Nelamangala, Yelahannka, Doddaballapura, Thanisandra, Devanahalli, Sarajapura, Attibele, Bannerghatta Zoo, Jigani, Anekal, Kengeri TTMC and other selected routes on Ring Road services.

According to the sources, residents are urging Metro also to extend their services from 5.00 am to 12.00 am.
