Chikkaballapur: Health Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar has said that people have accepted Prime Minister Narendra Modi with love and pride as a secular and non-partisan leader.
He was speaking to mediapersons after attending a programme organised at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Bhavan in the City. Describing the BJP’s victory in Gujarat for seven consecutive terms as a big record, he said the CPM has ruled West Bengal for 25 years but the difference is that the CPM has worked hard for poverty in West Bengal and the Bharatiya Janata Party Government has made Gujarat a capable and prosperous state. It is an all-time record of winning 156 seats in Gujarat elections. This shows the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the governance he is following have been appreciated by the people of this country, he asserted.
Naturally they have a feeling that he is the son of the soil of Gujarat, he added.
