Chikkaballapura: Municipal Administration Minister M. T. B. Nagaraj on Saturday April 30 expressed regret over quitting a political party.

Attending a function here, Nagaraj said that he did a mistake by deserting a party to join another. “I am an honest person and not in politics for money. I am realising now that I should not have quit a party to join another, he said.

He recollected that it was on MLA S. N. Subba Reddy’s insistence that he quit the party. It can be recalled here that there has been a buzz of Cabinet rejig as a move before the upcoming elections.
