Chitradurga: BJY resumes from Town, to move towards Ramapura

Chitradurga: The Congress’ Bharat Jodo Yatra, which is being led by Rahul Gandhi, resumed on Thursday and moved from Bommagondanahalli in the Chitradurga District to Ramapura.

Hundreds of people gathered on the roadside to welcome the Congressmen. The march began at 6.30 am from the BG Kere underpass in Bommagondanahalli.

Gandhi will take break at Konasagara in the District , only to resume at 4.00 pm till it reaches Molakalmuru for a halt. Gandhi will then spend the night in Ramapura.

On September 30, the Bharat Jodo Yatra entered the State. On October 20, it will leave the State after travelling 511 kilometres in 21 days.
