Chitradurga: In a tragic incident, a family member of a house in Dogganal Village of Holalkere Taluk in Chitradurga District escaped unhurt after the walls of their house suddenly collapsed due to the recent rains.
The wall of the house was completely wet and suddenly the wall collapsed due to heavy rains for several days. The family members of the house escaped unhurt after the wall collapsed. The walls of several other houses are likely to fall to the ground as they are wet due to rain causing panic among the residents in the village.
Therefore, the Taluk Administration should visit the place, the villagers requested. Further, the villagers have urged the Government to inspect the houses and give them adequate compensation for repairs.
