Chitradurga: In a tragic incident, a person was killed and ten others injured after the car in which they were traveling overturned near KR Halli Gate in Chitradurga’s Hiriyur Taluk on Sunday July 31.
The deceased has been identified as Raju (40) from Maharashtra. Following the incident, the injured were rushed to the district hospital for treatment.
The mishap happened as the passengers were travelling to Maharashtra after visiting Tirupati in their Bolero vehicle.
A case has been registered at the Hiriyur Police Station.
