Bengaluru: Opposition Leader and Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday May 8 alleged that CM Basavaraj Bommai was not an elected CM but was appointed to the post in exchange for money. Bommai is following RSS’ instructions as he has been made the CM by the organisation, he stressed.
Siddaramaiah was speaking at an event here. He said that CM Bommai is not working as he is not an elected Chief Minister but appointed one. As RSS has appointed him in exchange for money, he is happy following their instructions, he charged.
Siddaramaiah stating that the State Government has not given a single house to the needy in four years, while as CM for five years he had constructed 15 lakh houses, he questioned as to why such Government should continue.
The allegation by Siddu comes days after senior BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal’s claims that he was approached by some people, offering CM’s position in exchange for Rs. 2,500 crore.
