In the Bangalore Club case, the High Court on Thursday rejected the plea of the two advocates who had approached the high court pleading to be made parties in the matter by filing intervening applications claiming that the property in question is actually a part of defence estate and neither the state’s nor the Bangalore Club’s claim can be upheld.
