Davangere: Four persons lost their lives in a horrific collision between a container truck and gas tanker, on Wednesday, December 25 night.
According to the reports, the accident occurred on NH 13, near Jagaluru town.
According to the fire department officials, the fully loaded gas tanker from Haryana rammed into a container truck and due to the collision fire engulfed both the vehicles within seconds.
As a result of this four people (two each from gas tanker and container truck) have been charred to death.
Meanwhile, Jagaluru Police reached the spot to assess the situation. They have filed a case and have begun the investigation.
