Davanagere: There is a good atmosphere in favour of the BJP in the State. Former Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa expressed confidence that the Government will be formed with 100 per cent strength.

Speaking to mediapersons on Friday May 5 , he said, “This time we will come to power with a 100 per cent clear majority. We will win 135 seats and come to power on our own. There is no question of reconciliation with anyone,” he said.

After PM Modi and Amit Shah’s roadshow in the State, the atmosphere has completely changed. The BJP has gained more strength, he said and expressed confidence that there is no doubt that an independent government will be formed.

Reacting to the contents of the Congress Manifesto, he said, “The Congress has done a fool of itself on the Bajrang Dal issue. He warned that they would be punished in the coming days.
